Shipping policy

Hot weather (above 75 degrees) can have a negative effect on the product.  If product sits in a trailer in shipping for extended periods of time, the product may be ruined.  As such, Nick's Wicked Tasty Fudge LLC  (The Company) reserves the right to cancel a sale or delay shipping until weather is suitable for shipping.  Precautions may be taken such as utilizing ice packs in shipping however shipping delays unforeseen by the Company may cause problems.  Shipping any product from June through August will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  the Company will not ship if the shipping window includes weekend days.  Generally shipments will occur Monday - Wednesday and on Thursday in the case of overnight delivery.
