Traditional Fundraising
- Each package of fudge is ~8 oz package in a plastic re-closable container with a plastic serving knife priced at $12 each. YOU KEEP $6 - That’s 50%
- We provide the sales forms and an image file of the fudge.
- Your team collects orders and payments typically over a 2 - 3 week selling window.
- You compile your list and give us one completed list at the end of the selling window.
- We ship the fudge within 7 - 10 business days.
- Your team delivers the fudgy goodness to satisfy and delight your customers.
- The groups that do the best offer incentivize their sellers with prizes. Many groups like dance studios/cheer gyms, etc split the $6 per unit with the seller.
- We standardize flavors of each fundraiser seasonally to eliminate confusion and to allow us to run more fundraisers at any given time. This also allows us to help more groups!
- SHIPPING IS FREE for all Traditional Fundraisers in New England, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All other Fundraisers will pay $0.20 per unit shipping. If we are shipping to an area where the temperature is predicted to be 80 degrees or warmer we charge $.15 per unit extra for ice and insulation.
Contactless Fundraising
- Each bar of fudge is ~8 oz wrapped in cello, priced at $12 each. YOU KEEP $4
- We create a product page on our website dedicated to you. We put your logo as the product page image.
- Typically we will have 20+ flavors for your customers to choose from.
- We will provide you a direct link to your product page and a QR Code if you’d like one but any marketing and design would be for you to determine.
- Customers get free shipping on orders of $25 or more otherwise pay shipping. This results in most orders being 3 pieces or more.
- Your team spreads the link and awareness typically over a 10 -14 day selling window. Sharing early and often yields the best results.
- We ship fudge throughout the campaign within 3 - 5 business days of order receipt.
- We write your organization a check at the end of the campaign once all fudge has been shipped.
- We can run traditional fundraising in conjunction with contactless fundraising but it’s worth noting that contactless fundraising typically raises 10% or less of what a traditional fundraiser would.
- The groups that do the best offer incentivize their sellers with prizes but we have no way of tracking and attributing sales with contactless fundraising.
- We give $4 per each piece sold to groups based in New England, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey only. For all other states we give $3.50 per unit sold due to increased shipping costs due to distance.
